For this reason, energy healing received via distance is as powerful as a session received in person. For maximum results, you will lie down in a semi-darkened room at an appointed time & date in comfort & without any sources of disturbance present (cellphones & landline phones switched off etc). In preparation for your session, you will then close your eyes & begin slow, deep breathing for about 10 minutes into your diaphragm & heart space, gently allowing your body, mind and emotions to relax. Its diamond essence emerged from decades of past life & in-between life regression & rebirthing work. SOUL CONTRACT ALTERATIONS & HOW DO THEY WORK: All of us enter into a specific blueprint soul contract upon entry into the 3D/4D Earth plane. This constitutes our original binding soul contract created between our Higher Self & our Higher Guidance team, who help us prepare for each new incarnation on Earth, once we are ready for our next step as soul. The entire reincarnation, birth & death process happens between 3D & 4D. In essence both realms are illusionary dream worlds. She was always able to see, feel, sense, intuit the higher realms of consciousness, from early childhood. She is a full indigo heart warrior, here to both help facilitate the Awakening & full birthing of 5D & Above humanity/new cycle Earth & to simultaneously close down the systems structures of the old cycle of death & destruction.
